Parenting Help for Parents of Teens:

All parents know teens don’t come with a manual. Each teen is an individual and yet we all have similarities as human beings. We will work with you and your teen to understand where you get disconnected and try to help you learn to stay in connection so that you can be effective in solving your own problems together. As parents, we may need some coaching to uncover our own emotional wounds from the past that our children unwittingly trigger in us causing frustration, anger, or poor parenting decisions.

When we understand our own wounds and where our own healing needs to take place, we then have freedom to provide the guidance, nurturing, and protection our teens still need from us.
